Child Support is paid in the Circuit Clerk's office only when paid directly by an individual. These payments are deposited in a special account and checks are mailed to the recipient the next business day. To check on the status of your child support, please come in person to our office. All payments through a withholding order are sent to Montgomery, to the Alabama Central Disbursement Division.
